Ms. Upma Dada Chawdhry is a distinguished 1983-batch IAS officer of the Himachal Pradesh cadre with over 35 years of exemplary public service spanning grassroots administration, policy formulation, institutional leadership, and governance reforms at both the State and Central Government levels. Her career has been marked by leadership, innovation, institution-building, and public sector transformation across diverse domains including finance, rural development, education, industry, tourism, women's empowerment, human resource management, and crisis management.

Ms. Upma Dada Chawdhry is a distinguished 1983-batch IAS officer of the Himachal Pradesh cadre with over 35 years of exemplary public service spanning grassroots administration, policy formulation, institutional leadership, and governance reforms at both the State and Central Government levels. Her career has been marked by leadership, innovation, institution-building, and public sector transformation across diverse domains including finance, rural development, education, industry, tourism, women's empowerment, human resource management, and crisis management.

A trailblazer in public administration, she was the first woman Director of Industries in Himachal Pradesh, the first woman Managing Director of the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation, and in 2016 became the first woman Director of the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration.

She has represented India at several international forums, including the World Trade Organization, and has worked closely with various UN agencies. She also served as a member of the United Nations Committee of Experts on Public Administration from 2018 to 2021 and chaired the working group for the United Nations Public Service Awards.

Ms. Chawdhry has additionally served on the boards of several public and private institutions, contributing significantly to organizational turnaround and governance. She currently serves as Member Designate on the Board of Governors of Plan India, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to advancing children's rights and gender equality and as an Independent Director on the Board of JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Limited, one of India's largest oral healthcare manufacturers.

Ms. Latika S. Kundu is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited (MSE) since March 2020.

She has over 25 years of experience in the global financial markets, with expertise in the setting-up and operating of Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, and Depositories across multiple asset classes.

Prior to this role, she was the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Diamond Investment Exchange Pte. Ltd. (SDiX), world's first spot Commodity Exchange. She has also held leadership positions at Macquarie Singapore, Singapore Mercantile Exchange (SMX), MCX Stock Exchange (now MSE), and Lehman Brothers.

Ms. Kundu began her career with the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) in 1995 and worked there for over 12 years across various functions. Her contributions included re-designing of the NIFTY Options contract and the strengthening of surveillance and investigation functions.

She has served on industry bodies, including the CMFAS Exams Board under the Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF), Singapore. Ms. Kundu has been recognized by her alma maters, ITM and Narsee Monjee College, with awards including 'Distinguished Alumnus Award' and recognition among the 'Top 50 Entrepreneurs'.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Dogra brings over 38 years of extensive experience in public administration and financial sector oversight, having served in various capacities across multiple ministries of the Government of India. Over the course of his career, he has been associated with policy formulation, regulatory coordination, and administrative functions, with a particular focus on the financial services sector.

He retired as Director from the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, where he was involved in matters relating to banking, financial institutions, and sectoral policy initiatives. Mr. Dogra has served on the Boards of leading banks and financial services institutions as an Independent Director and as a Nominee Director representing the Government of India.

Mr. Dogra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from United Business Institutes, Brussels, Belgium, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Jammu.

Mr. Chittaranjan Kajwadkar is a technology professional with over 42 years of experience in the IT industry, including more than two decades of managing mission-critical IT systems in the domain of securities and financial markets. His IT experience spans across multiple systems including trading, clearing & settlement, risk management, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business continuity.

Mr. Chittaranjan Kajwadkar is a technology professional with over 42 years of experience in the IT industry, including more than two decades of managing mission-critical IT systems in the domain of securities and financial markets. His IT experience spans across multiple systems including trading, clearing & settlement, risk management, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business continuity.

An Engineering graduate from GSITS, Indore University, he holds postgraduate qualifications in Management Studies from Mumbai University and a Diploma in Cyber Law from Asian Law College. He has led technology departments at organizations including the Clearing Corporation of India Limited (CCIL), NSE, and MCX. He has special interest in cybersecurity and BCP/DR.

Subsequently, he has been actively engaged in providing corporate advisory services, including strategic advisory, secretarial audits, due diligence, corporate governance and compliance audits, and advisory services on corporate restructuring such as mergers, amalgamations, and takeovers. He also provides arbitration and dispute resolution services to corporate entities and public sector undertakings. Mr. Srivastava continues to contribute his expertise in corporate law, governance, and advisory services in his professional engagements.

His career reflects a unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and leadership excellence in building and scaling technology-driven organisations.
